What working with me gets you
One person who builds your online presence, wires up the systems that catch and keep customers, and stays on call as your tech and AI department. The shape of it depends on what you run, so tell me that first.
You deal with me directly. Nothing is outsourced.

Your entire online presence has an owner
I take responsibility for the whole online side of the business and keep it moving. The website build is inside this, so you don't pay for it separately. This is the one I recommend.
- The full website build, exactly as in the one-off below
- Three Instagram and Facebook posts a week, made from your own photos, each one approved before it goes
- Two Google Business Profile posts a week, so the profile a local searcher lands on looks maintained
- Four blog posts a month, written for the searches your customers are actually making
- Google Business Profile optimised, then posted to and kept current
- Added to the directories on my list as the list grows
- The lead dashboard: every enquiry in one place, with a suggested reply you can send, open in SMS, or dismiss
- Hosting, security, backups and the certificate
- Site updates as you send them, and a monthly read of what happened and what I'm changing because of it
All I need from you consistently: your job photos. Send them through and I decide where they belong.
Built properly once, then it's yours
I take the online presence as high as one build can and then hand it over. Nothing recurring except the hosting.
- A page for each service you sell, written to answer what a customer asks before they call
- A page for each area you cover, with the suburbs inside it
- The component your trade actually needs. For a cleaner that's the instant quote, and I work the pricing logic out sitting down with you rather than guessing it
- Blog posts to seed the site, so the blog isn't an empty page
- SEO structure, metadata and technical foundations done properly, not as an afterthought
- Google Business Profile optimised, and added to every directory on my list as it stands
- Your Instagram and Facebook reviewed, with what I'd change written down
- Every enquiry sent to your phone as an SMS with the caller's details, so there's no dashboard to learn
If you're a one-person operation who didn't have a website when I first got in touch, the same build is $1,000.
What I won't promise you
I won't promise you a Google ranking, a number of leads, or a revenue figure. Nobody who says those numbers can control them. What I'll show you is what I can count: enquiries that arrived, where they came from, and what changed that month.
You own everything made for you. If you stop, you keep it. You deal with me directly. Nothing is outsourced.
I build this around how your venue runs
Venues aren't service businesses, so I don't sell you a fixed menu. The pieces below exist and are proven; how they fit together depends on your counter, your rush, your regulars.
- A website and online presence built for venues: menu, hours, the things people actually check
- The QR offers funnel that grows an SMS customer list: on the counter at Rowa Café today
- Custom bits per venue: bookings, offers, follow-ups. Priced per job after a chat.
Your website is probably fine. The machinery isn't.
Most professional businesses don't need another website. They need the internal machinery fixed: the admin, the handoffs, the things everyone does by hand because nobody had time to fix them.
- Custom software and AI integrations built for how your office works
- Automations that remove the admin nobody was hired to do
- Dashboards that show the business at a glance
- Priced per engagement after a chat
I come inside your business and diagnose what to fix
I come in and shadow how the work actually runs, then map every decision in the business: what code should make, what AI should make, what stays human. Hands-on, alongside the people doing the work.
- First: I watch the business run. You end up with the inventory: every system, task and what each costs
- Then: I map the decisions, and we walk the draft together. You end up with the decision map
- Then: I design the lowest-friction shape, every change itemised, into one plan
- After: a discussion, not a report drop: you pick what you care about, and some steps you may genuinely prefer to keep manual
You deal with me directly. Nothing is outsourced.
